What deposit is required?
A 10% deposit is required at the time of contract signing with an additional 10% due 90 days later. The final 15% deposit will be due upon ground breaking. The total deposit needed is 35%.
What is the HOA fee and what does it include?
The association fee is anticipated to be $0.65sqf a month. This includes garbage, pool and ground maintenance and repairs.
What is the pet policy?
We know your pets are an important part of your family and we welcome them to our community. There’s a limit to two per condominium.
How many condominiums are in the North and South Buildings?
The channel club residence is a boutique luxury offering with six condominiums in the north building and nine condominiums in the south building.
How many parking spaces come with the residence?
Each unit will be allocated one space.
